The resort is located in the traditional coastal town of Skegness, Lincolnshire, on the North Sea coast, with a lovely Blue Flag sandy beach right on their doorstep. Skegness holds a significant position in their history being the first Butlin’s resort to open in 1936. They’re bringing back a lot of the delightful things that made the resort, and holidaying by the sea, so enjoyable back then, such as a traditional Fairground and iconic seaside sweets like toffee apples and candyfloss, so you can make new memories with your own family. Skegness is the perfect choice for a seaside break, with elegant Seaside and Fairground Apartments designed with seaside charm and restaurant alternatives to suit every kind of taste bud. Skegness has a lot to offer if you want to do some sightseeing outside of the resort. The Skegness Aquarium and Natureland Seal Sanctuary are located in what was formerly a fishing hamlet and small port.
